As of Jan 1, 2021, Alliance Tire Group and Alliance Tire Americas, Inc. changed their names to Yokohama Off-Highway Tires and Yokohama Off-Highway Tires America, Inc respectively. The Alliance, Galaxy and Primex brands and product names remain unchanged. Product information is available at www.yokohama-oht.com.

Last week, we at Alliance Tire Americas, Inc. had our annual sales meeting in Houston, Texas. The meeting came at a great time for us.  It presented an opportunity for ATA to gather the members of our continually growing sales staff and celebrate our accomplishments from 2015, and also to ask ourselves, what is it that our customers are looking for? And what can we do to better meet their needs? Under the various ATA banners (Alliance, Galaxy, Primex, and Aeolus), we gathered 61 sales, operations, and executive staff for three days of intensive meetings to make what we do better.

Despite recent economic developments on the world commodities and US Ag markets, the exciting news for ATA this time around was that business continues to be robust and we continue to be the fastest-growing off-highway tire maker in the industry. While other companies are seeing decreasing sales, ATG experienced increases in sales - more than meeting our growth target in tonnage last year. With continued growth comes continued improvement—whether it’s new tires, compounds, or technologies, or improvements in our pricing, distribution, or logistics, we at ATA are committed to working even harder to give our customers the right tire, at the right place, in the fastest time possible.

ATA-management-patriots.jpgThe annual sales meeting is always an amazing opportunity to meet the people who are the face of the Alliance Tire Group on a day-to-day basis, to strategize, and to set a tone for the business in the coming year. If this year's annual sales meeting is any indication, ATG will continue to be the fastest-growing brand in the off-highway tire market and meet its growth goals for 2016.
