Alliance Tire Introduces Mark Walsh As New Director of Treasury

As of Jan 1, 2021, Alliance Tire Group and Alliance Tire Americas, Inc. changed their names to Yokohama Off-Highway Tires and Yokohama Off-Highway Tires America, Inc respectively. Alliance Tire Americas (ATA) introduced Mark Walsh to the tire industry as the company’s new Director of Treasury. Walsh will oversee the company’s credit and collections team, its vehicle program and its insurance and risk functions, reporting to Bill Daugherty, ATA’s chief financial officer.

“Mark brings a solid blend of Treasury operations and institutional banking experience that will be invaluable for our team,” said Daugherty. “His background and professionalism are a perfect fit for our culture at ATA.”

Prior to joining Alliance, Walsh was treasury manager at Holcim, a $3 billion building materials supplier, and spent many years at Wells Fargo.

Walsh will work at Alliance Tire Americas’ headquarters in Wakefield, Massachusetts.
